With the Otsuka Laboratory Support Program, you may be eligible to conveniently get your REMS-required blood work done at no cost to you, if your insurance does not cover it. If you do not live near a lab, you can schedule a free home collection of your blood sample.*

Copay support through the specialty pharmacy
Most patients pay as little as $10 per month for JYNARQUE, regardless of coverage type.†‡
Since a REMS-certified Specialty Pharmacy will deliver JYNARQUE directly to your door, you do not need a copay card. Make sure to tell your specialty pharmacy that you are interested in having your copay support applied directly to lowering your out-of-pocket costs.
†Assumes one 28-day supply prescription per month. If more than one prescription is filled in a calendar month, patient may pay more than $10 in that month. Offer is not transferable. Patients are not eligible if they are under 18 years of age, or are covered in whole or in part by any state program or federal healthcare program, including, but not limited to, Medicare or Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care), Medigap, VA, DOD, or TRICARE. Only valid in US and Puerto Rico. Offer void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Other restrictions may apply. This program is not health insurance. Learn about patient assistance
If you don’t have health insurance or can’t afford your prescribed Otsuka medication, the Otsuka Patient Assistance Foundation (OPAF) might be able to help you get it at no cost to you.
OPAF is a nonprofit organization that assists underinsured and uninsured patients who have been prescribed Otsuka medications. There are specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet prior to their approval for assistance. It’s important to note that Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. does not control or influence how OPAF distributes funds.
